The board meeting was called to order at 6:03 p.m.  Mike Younglove and Dan Groy were present along with 10 residents.  Supervisor Paulsen was absent.  Pledge of allegiance was recited. 

Motion to adopt agenda by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Chairman Younglove.  Motion carried. 

Minutes of the 11/15/2022 meeting were read.  Motion to accept the minutes as read by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Chairman Younglove.  Motion carried. 

Treasurer’s report was given.  Motion to accept the report as given by Supervisor Groy, seconded by Chairman Younglove.  Motion carried. 

Recycling report showed that in November there were 18.95 tons of garbage but no recording of recyclables/paper.  GFL’s issue according to Steve Coron. 

Last month there was 1 fire sign on County Z and 3 building permits; 30x40 detached garage on Town Corner Lake Road, 24x16 detached garage on Greenstone and a 12x33 lean to on Shangrila Dr.

Discussion of Employee Work Policy will now include retirement plan, 3 sick days per year and updated safety requirements.  Motion by Chairman Younglove, seconded by Supervisor Groy to adopt the updates as laid out.  Motion carried. 

Discussion of ongoing road improvement projects showed that the crew has been working on equipment getting it ready for winter and working on the grader.  A resident asked about the end of Rainbow Road, the garbage truck has to use his driveway to turn around.  Supervisor Groy will look into it and see what solution they can come up with. 

No correspondence. 

Public comments were about the posting in the paper stating all county roads are closed to ATV as of 12/1/22 until 5/1/23.  That is the normal procedure for all county roads including the new roads that were not open to ATV’s in the past. 

Motion to approve payment of bills in the amount of $20,841.17 by Chairman Younglove, seconded by Supervisor Groy.  Motion carried.
