The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m.  Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all.  Roll call showed that Dave Paulsen was missing and Lindi called in by phone.  All others were in attendance. 

Reviewed chapter 12 target dates and appendix.  Many dates had to be updated as no one took charge to see that the plan was implemented.  The town website has been implemented and is regularly updated. 

Next meeting will be January 23, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to allow typing of the updates to be completed.  Motion to adjourn by Cindy Butterfield and seconded by Jeff Mueller.  Motion carried.  Meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
